These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and bdg11 ("bdg11", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdg11 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://bdg11.bio and all associated subdomains and services (collectively, the "Platform").

To access the full features of the bdg11 Platform, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to all bdg11 accounts:

• Each user may hold only one account on bdg11. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different registration details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and any other information bdg11 requests for identity and age verification purposes (KYC).
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password. You must not share your account access with any third party. bdg11 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• bdg11 may require you to verify your identity and age at any time by submitting documentation such as a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts may be restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• bdg11 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used in breach of these Terms or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

All account information must be kept up to date. If your contact details change — in particular your registered Bangladesh mobile number — you must update your account information promptly. Failure to maintain current contact details may result in your inability to receive security verification codes or important account notifications from bdg11.

All financial transactions on the bdg11 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer to selected Bangladesh commercial banks. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Deposits are credited to your bdg11 wallet upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider, typically within 90 seconds for mobile money methods.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, or City Bank are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name. bdg11 will not process withdrawals to accounts held by third parties. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect account holders.
• bdg11 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Where bdg11 suspects a transaction may be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, the transaction may be suspended pending investigation.
• Deposits made to your bdg11 account are for the purpose of gaming and entertainment on the Platform only. bdg11 does not pay interest on account balances. Unused balances may be withdrawn at any time subject to the verification requirements described in these Terms.

bdg11 does not charge fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. However, your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. bdg11 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

bdg11 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:
